This is a 15,000-square-foot mixed-use commercial/office building in

Wakefield, RI. The fire ratings of the exterior and interior walls allowed this

project to be built in tight quarters, maximizing the rentable space to the

lot size. We have the ability to install radiant floor heating tubes or mats.

The 6-inch-center spacing of the structural interior web of the ICF can

accommodate the vinyl siding application required to compliment both the

structure and the surroundings. EIFS can also be directly applied to the

ICF blocks without any further preparation. 2005 award for Outstanding
